* Liaise with Airline's GSA ( General Sales Agent ) for all proper arrangement such as Permit and Scheduling etc., with a timely report.
* Coordination with GHA ( Ground Handling Agent ) to facilitate the operation;
* Close contact with Shipper's Production and Cargo Delivery schedule to meet flight schedule;
* Perform Plane Side Operation with permit application required by the Airport Authority;
* In flight Crane service - 25 Tonnage
* Extra Heavy Duty Crane has to be stand by at the airport
